The Elmcrest Group, incorporated in 1982 as Elmcrest Engineering Ltd in the UK, acquired more strength in 1986 with its strategic partnership with Medion International. The partnership brought with it experience in project management, contractual affairs and development consultancy gained through working in India for more than 14 years; assignments for the EU in the transition economies of Central and East Europe, for the World Bank in Tanzania, and (in association with other consultants) in the Middle and Far East.
The group members have a proven track record in their areas of expertise through handling various projects in India and other developing countries.
